The specific purposes are as follows:
・Promote Exchange and Cooperation: Build a cross-national interconnected network for Asia's funeral and cemetery industry, open up a platform for regular dialogue among government authorities, industry enterprises, academic research institutions, and religious circles, promote information sharing and mutual learning of experience, and deepen regional industry collaboration and interaction.
・Assist in Exploring Overseas Markets: Integrate industry export resources, provide members with professional services such as overseas market research intelligence, consultation on local funeral-related laws, regulations, and policies, and cross-border business negotiation matchmaking, lower the threshold for going global, and continuously enhance member enterprises' international competitiveness and market influence.
・Promote Professionalization and Standardization: Work with industry experts to jointly study and formulate recommended industry standards, regulate related links such as product research and development, engineering construction, and funeral services, continuously improve the quality of industry products and services, and build a recognizable brand image for Asia's funeral industry.
・Respect Multiculturalism: Fully understand and respect the funeral traditions, folk beliefs, and religious customs of different countries and regions in Asia, uphold the principle of inclusiveness and prudence, reduce cross-cultural communication barriers, and promote cultural exchange, integration, and mutual understanding in the funeral industry.
・Advocate Green Funerals: In line with the global trend of ecological and environmental protection, actively promote the construction of ecological cemeteries and environmentally friendly land-saving burial methods, popularize the concept of low-carbon and circular sustainable funerals, and guide the industry's transformation toward a green development model.
